The short version
- Net Khet has no user accounts. We never ask for your name, email address or phone number.
- To produce a reading we send the details you enter — and, for palm reading, the photo you take — to our server, which uses third-party AI providers to generate the interpretation.
- We show ads through Google AdMob. On iOS you are asked for permission before any tracking; if you decline, you still get the full app with non-personalised ads.
- You can ask us to delete anything we hold by emailing tazinnovative@gmail.com.
1. Who we are
Net Khet (နက္ခတ်) is a Myanmar astrology and divination application published by TAZ Innovative ("we", "us"). This policy applies to the Net Khet mobile application on iOS and Android, and to the backend services the app talks to. It does not cover any other app or website.

2. What we collect, and why
Net Khet has no login. We do not build a profile of you, and we cannot identify you by name. What we handle is the information you type or capture in order to receive a reading.

This is not your live location. Net Khet does not request location permission and does not track where you are. The only place information involved is the birthplace you choose yourself.
Kept only on your device
Your saved birth details, your reading history, and your theme, language and font-size preferences are stored locally on your phone. They are not uploaded, and deleting the app removes them.
3. How readings are generated
Net Khet combines traditional Myanmar astrological calculation with AI-generated interpretation. Calculations such as Mahabote happen on your device. The written interpretation is produced by sending the relevant details to our backend, which forwards them to third-party AI providers — currently Google (Gemini) and xAI (Grok) — and returns the text to the app.
This means the birth details, questions, dream text or palm photograph involved in a reading are processed by those providers under their own terms. We send only what the reading requires, and we never send your name, email address or device identifiers along with it.
4. Palm photographs
Palm reading is optional. It runs only when you choose it and pick a photo or take one; the camera is never accessed otherwise.
When you request a palm reading, the photo is uploaded to our object storage (DigitalOcean Spaces, Singapore region) so it can be analysed and annotated, and the app displays the annotated result to you.
Retention. Palm images uploaded for a reading are currently retained on our storage until we remove them. We are rolling out automatic deletion immediately after a reading is delivered. In the meantime, you can have any image removed on request — email tazinnovative@gmail.com and we will delete it, normally within 30 days.
We do not use your palm photographs to identify you, we do not perform biometric identification or matching, and we do not use them to train any AI model of our own.
5. Who else is involved
We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We rely on these service providers:

6. Advertising and tracking
Net Khet is free and funded by ads shown through Google AdMob. Some readings are unlocked by watching a rewarded ad; if no ad is available, the reading is released to you anyway.
On iOS, Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt appears before any tracking. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", we request only non-personalised ads. You can change your answer at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
In regions that require it (including the EEA and the UK), Google's consent form appears so you can choose how your data is used for advertising.
To serve and measure ads, AdMob may process advertising identifiers, coarse location inferred from IP address, device characteristics and ad interactions. Details are in Google's policies linked above.
7. How long we keep things
- On your device: until you delete the data in the app or uninstall it.
- Reading inputs (birth details, questions, dream text): processed to produce your reading and not stored as a profile against you.
- Palm images: as described in section 4.
- Server logs: retained for a short period for reliability and abuse prevention.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing.
Because Net Khet has no accounts, most of your data lives on your own device and you can remove it yourself by clearing it in the app or uninstalling. For anything held on our servers — a palm image in particular — email tazinnovative@gmail.com. Please include enough detail to locate it, such as the approximate date and time of the reading. We aim to respond within 30 days, free of charge.
9. Children
Net Khet is not directed at children. It is intended for users aged 13 and over (16 in regions where that is the applicable minimum). We do not knowingly collect information from children below that age. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
All traffic between the app and our services uses HTTPS. The app ships with no embedded credentials, and preferences that need protecting are held in the platform's secure storage (iOS Keychain, Android EncryptedSharedPreferences). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International transfers
Our backend and storage run in Singapore, and our AI and advertising providers operate globally. Using Net Khet therefore involves transferring your information outside your own country, including to the United States.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app changes. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced in the app or its store listing.
